Lookin for a 92-93 ls 5th gear set. I need both the mainshaft and countershaft gear sets. Main shaft is 35 teeth, countershaft is 26 teeth. Ill also take a 94-01, only difference is the countershaft has 25 teeth. The two gear sets must come from the same transmission.

I'm confused by the last sentence: "The two gear sets must come from the same transmission". Both the "92-93 ls 5th gear set" and the "94-01 ls 5th gear set" has to come from the same tranny? ????

 

T,heres a countershaft 5th and a mainshaft 5th in every transmission. Those two gears need to come from the same exact tranny. In other words, you cant use a countershaft 5th from one ls tranny, and a mainshaft 5th from another ls tranny without risking a gear wine or other problems.
