Default Fuel cut off after cranking

Hello, my problem that I can't get the motor to stay running. Now the background on this is. I got the car which is a 1990 integra ls but I had a b16a swapped in. Its got a knocking rod so I swapped a b18b1 from a 1995 integra. The motor codes on the head says it's a 94. I got the mechanical part of everything done. Switched the injectors from the b16 over to the b18. And repinned the distributor for obd0. I'm running a pr4 ecu. Guy I bought it from had it in the car from the originally swap. Just swapped out the main relay with a new one. It will crank and it wants to start but them dies. What am I missing???? Getting all 3 clicks from the main relay on the old and new relay. Can hear the fuel pump priming(I think). Checked the plugs, wires, dizzy. And I'm getting spark on each cylinder. They guy I bought it from had the ecu chipped that I took out. I'm doing circles over here and can't figure out what's wrong. I also tried both fuel rails. And no luck. Car use to start before I did the swap. And did i mention this is my first swap. Did plenty of research before. And my daily drive is an ek swapped with a b18b1. Help!

This sounds like a crank sensor or cylinder sensor issue. Check over all of your wiring again.

is it throwing any codes? either of these issues would. obd0 has a light on the actual ecu, rather than using the CEL on the dash.

and you can hear the fuel pump prime like normal? does it sound any different than it used to?
