Long story short, a tree limb recently fell on my father's JDM eg6 two piece rear spoiler. The blow broke the clips that secure both pieces of the spoiler together resulting in a very 'wobbly' feeling rear spoiler.

I'm curious if this spoiler is worth salvaging. Specifically, I'm wondering if we can use the clips from a USDM rear spoiler (assuming USDM spoilers are put together similarly to their JDM counterpart). If so, how do you separate both pieces without breaking the clips.
