Fuel pump - no start
I have a 1991 Accord and one morning the car just wouldn't start. No fuel pump sound on start up. So I ran a check on the main relay first, following the manual performed all the diagnostic checks. All checked out. Then checked the fuel pump at the 3-prong plug under the back seat and am only getting 6 volts when I run my test with the multimeter.
I feel like I have run so many checks on the wiring, power sources, etc my head is spinning. I went ahead and replaced the fuel pump and still a no-go. Replaced the relay and still a no-go (returned the relay for refund). Someone had mentioned the ICM...
Any help would be awesome since this is my commuter and need it back online asap!
Questions - fire away I'll do my best to fill in the blanks of what procedures I have done so far.
