cam timing is one n half teeth out . computer might not be right its p 9 ?d16a8 runs for maby a min idles ruff up n down poors exhaust poors out of air intake manifold .

 

...fix the cam timing? no? too easy?

 

i hope its timing and not valves why else would exhaust poor out of air intake manifold ?

 

sounds to me like a camshaft timing problem or the spark plug wires are not in the correct location on the distributor - on the D16A8, the #1 wire should be at the top, #3 toward radiator, #4 at bottom and #2 toward firewall - the correct ECU for the OBD0 D16A8 is the PM7

 

air coming out the intake manifold is almost always valves...
