97 Civic will not crank or startup properly

97 Civic will not crank or startup properly
See what I mean? Usually 3 key turns and it starts... Sometimes the car doesnt start at all after I drive it around and shut it off.. I have to wait like 30 mins for it to cool then it starts
This is from a cold start. Car was parked inside my garage over night.
