Default BEST and BEST VALUE options for painting my car the factory color

I'm thinking about painting my car because, well, I want to fix the rust spots and I just put a whole new front end on the car and that needs to be addressed. I want to paint the car R-63 Rio Red like it came out of the factory and I realize that I can buy different grades and qualities of the same paint. I just have one issue, I want to paint the car now on the cheap because I'll be pulling the engine next year for a rebuild and I'm going all out then.

In terms of best value, what would you recommend to be economical and then in terms of the best money can buy, what are my options?

For now, I'd just fix the rust and seal it. A year isn't very long to waste your time painting something just to strip it back and paint again.
