In a nutshell, an import poser. Noted by things such as a welded on muffler, altezza's, driving style (ricer fly-by being the most common), windshield washer lights, or any cheesy part that has no purpose but to take up and make the car look even worse. anything some people dont like...
...people dont understand that some people have different taste...
..then again, some people have EXTREAMLY bad taste!!! like really really really BAD!!! like unbelievably bad taste!!!.... like the taste of liver...oh my God does that **** taste bad!!!!

A ricer is the driver of a rice car and who has a rice username. You know, like if i was to call myself TypeR, anythingw/GSR, TurboRanger, MugenThisMugenThat, NosItUp, etc. It makes that seem like a fast good driver who has cash. Some do, most aren't. I don't see anyone calling themselves 30ExhaustPipe or 2Slow4U.
