91 civic hatch dx swapped. HELP
So i have a 91 civic hatch dx. Just picked it up. Its got a swapped d16y8 block with a z6 head. The person before me started the wiring couldnt figure it out or something and didnt finish it. So i want to finish it but i have no idea what im doing here. It appears that all the obd1 jumper harnesses have already been bought for it.. But not completly hooked up.. So my question is where can i get diagrams, threads to help me. Some people that has done this before maybe? Oh to make things better its wire tucked as well. But any help is welcomed! Please and thanks! Wanna get it on the road..
You already stated you aren't sure what you are doing.
That fact along with the current mods done with the wiring are best left with somebody that knows what is going on.
The only advice I can offer is to take it to a whop.
OR
Go buy a new engine harness that came with the stock engine (not the Z6/Y8) that originally was in that car.
Then modify the harness to plug into the engine.
This is the way swaps are done and the person that sold you the car messed it all up for you to deal with.
Do you blindly try to fix their mistakes or start fresh?
Good luck!

Okay well thanks for atleast commenting! I actually finally got the harness together and everything. I still need just a little help on the jumper harness though. Ive looked and apparently im just not finding the right diagrams. I need to know what wires i repin and where?
if the original owner did not complete a dpfi-mpfi swap, that must be done first. First do a dpfi-mpfi then install your obd1 conversion harness.
this DIY really helped me complete my dpfi-mpfi
