Please dont bash me, you guys are way aggressive, cause i did search but just got myself MORE confused.

I Wanted to know if my 98 Civics B16A2 Mounts will Fit a Del sol. Obviously thinking of putting my engine in a Sol! That & How many mounts are their cause I eBay mounts and it only shows 3 I feel as if they're more.

No. The Del Sol shares mounts with the 5G (92-95) Civic, not the 6G (96-00).

 

if you use solid mounts you can do away with the two tork mounts. lots of swappers use only those three... I personally would use all 5.

I believe the only difference is the t-bar for the rear mount. its a different shape.

so the drivers side mount is different also.

OP what engine is coming out of the del sol?

 

The rear T bracket is not included in any mount kit that I've seen, and would also need to be replaced. About $70 from your local stealership.

 

Thanks guys. Well I'm just looking for a shell so im going in blind to be honest but I didn't know 3 was do-able. I should probably check how many mounts i have on it now.

 

5 if stock, both sides, rear, and two front torque mounts

 

(and the rear T bracket mount, which won't be included in a kit)
