Can a car with oxidation be vinyl wrapped?

My 2001 Integra is looking pretty oxidized. Can I put vinyl wrap over it or does it need to be sanded and repainted?

u can take either route. vinyl wrap, or repaint. its your choice.

If you can feel it with your finger nail, it'll show through the vinyl.
