Icon2 Plugging oil drain passages in head, need help

I am doing an h22a head swap onto my f22b1 block. Ive been reading up on it for awhile now and would just like to know what the best way is (besides welding) to plug the 2 oil drain passages closest to the timing side of the head. Any help would be great, thanks.

I have the plugs for b series ls vtec. You have to get the hole threaded.

do you know what size taps the 2 holes are by chance? I would measure them myself but still need to get some new calipers
