Need Troubleshooting Help, Civic Won't Blow Out Cold or Hot Air
I was helping my cousin with recharging his A/C system on his 1998 Honda Civic EX. Before charging the system, the instructions were to read how much pressure is in the lines before. Turns out there is the correct amount of pressure in the system yet his A/C still doesn't blow cold.
Next we changed the climate settings to put heat on full blast and we only got outside air. The fan motor itself works since air is being blow out the vents.
What could be the problem causing a fully pressured A/C system not to blow cold and for the heater not to blow hot?
