1998 Honda Civic LX Cranks but no spark there is fuel
I have a Honda Civic LX 98 i ran it for a few hours went inside came back out and it would crank but wouldnt start so i knew it was an ignition problem, we replaced the coil and the ICM and after we replaced them we noticed the car wouldnt crank over but it was before there is still no spark but we are getting fuel please help! *When we tested the old ICM we did not get a reading from the Negative (white/blue)wire* havent tested the new one
All fuses have been checked and are good, and I use it daily run it about 80 miles per day
before running around town for a few hours it was parked for the night after running it i went inside with my girlfriend for about 2-3hours came back out and it would crank i hear the fuel pump kick on but no spark or start

Hello, sounds to me like you might have more than one issue, you say the vehicle doesn't crank? To me that's the first thing you need to address, you will not get spark until the motor physically cranks, is it as simple as the starter? Maybe it's a stick shift and you have a bad clutch pedal sensor or a dead battery? Either way it will have to crank before spark is created, if it's stick shift you can try to pop start the vehicle? Let me know I'd be happy to help.

Replaced the ICM everything reads right the car now cranks and there is spark now, but the spark is weak mechanical timing and ignition timing are both spot on sorry for taking so long to reply
