I have a Honda Civic LX 98 i ran it for a few hours went inside came back out and it would crank but wouldnt start so i knew it was an ignition problem, we replaced the coil and the ICM and after we replaced them we noticed the car wouldnt crank over but it was before there is still no spark but we are getting fuel please help! *When we tested the old ICM we did not get a reading from the Negative (white/blue)wire* havent tested the new one

Did you voltage test fuse 9?

Did you check whether battery voltage reaches the Blk/Yel wire terminal in the distributor connector?

Hello, sounds to me like you might have more than one issue, you say the vehicle doesn't crank? To me that's the first thing you need to address, you will not get spark until the motor physically cranks, is it as simple as the starter? Maybe it's a stick shift and you have a bad clutch pedal sensor or a dead battery? Either way it will have to crank before spark is created, if it's stick shift you can try to pop start the vehicle? Let me know I'd be happy to help.

Replaced the ICM everything reads right the car now cranks and there is spark now, but the spark is weak mechanical timing and ignition timing are both spot on sorry for taking so long to reply
