Can a turbo rebuilt effect my dyno tune?

I just got my turbo chra replace. Can this throw off my previous dyno tune? Or do I need to redyno?

You're fine. Shouldn't affect the tune at all, unless you are now making boost a lot sooner and the map is not setup for it.
