Previously tuned at 400+ WHP and is capable of doing 450+

CAR WILL NEED A HOOD OR CURRENT HOOD WILL NEED TO BE FIXED.

Why? Was jacking car up and hood got caught on shelf and bent? No damage to car just hood can be fixed or replaced. So yes it is included and yes it latches.
