I purchased this throttle body a few years ago and it came with a gasket from the seller. I was told it was a GSR (which it may be). I had to swap the pulley on it for the cable to work. Well I bought an edelbrock intake and have to get a new gasket. I've ordered a d16z6 gasket, which it is not. Went back and ordered a b18c1 (from a 95) and it's also not that. Here are a few pics.




Any help would be great. The outer diameter get of the throttle body is 2.5" if I recall. Can get a measurement tomorrow if needed.

 

Possibly an F22 or F20? I recently picked up a gasket for my D16Z6 and it looked very similar, but turned out to be an F22 gasket. Looks like the gasket they gave me would have fit yours...

Just a guess though.

 

What year accord would I tell the parts store?

 

why not take it to the parts store and ask them'?

 

^ i ended up taking it to the parts store and searched through the options it could be (measured the id at 60mm) turned out to be a throttle body from either a 99-00 civic Si (b16) or a 96-97 iirc GSR. thanks for the help.

 

i have that same exact throttle body on my d16y5, 1998 honda civic hx. just took it off and cleaned it today
