So I picked up a 94 eg hatchback vx, I pulled the interior speaker cover and there isn't any sign that it's rusted or dented, and I haven't had any chance to look in to it? Could somebody have tried to put fender flares or something? I've never really looked at a hatchback quarter panel anybody have any ideas?, also if anybody knows of somebody that can prep and paint a car??? Needs to be around the Midwest area, Thanks!!

 

You're trying to find out if it has any bondo or it already has visible bondo and you're trying to find out why?

Any body shop can do the repair of cutting out rotted wheel arches and welding new metal, then paint the car. Generally, you get what you pay for when it comes to that kind of work.

Well I know it has bondo but the quarter panel isn't rusted and the quarter panel looks normal i just don't understand why it's there I don't want to take it to a body shop, because I want to do all the work myself

 

How much fill? You always end up with some fill when block sanding the side of a car.

 

i really dont even understand what you're asking. you pulled the interior panel and noticed nothing. yet you're asking if theres bondo but you're saying you know there is bondo. so what is your question?
