Sup guys, new to honda-tech so go gentle on me pls

aniway, as the title says, my bro got an b18c6 from an integra type-r dc2 eu version, with no emblem or tablet of the maker.
the problem is i can't figure out the exhaust manifold, you can check it in the pics below, since im building myself an b16a1 for my rex ef i would like to know if it's a good upgrade to the stock b16a1 manifold.

Looks like older Supersprint header. My friend had same kind in his EE8 back in days.
