How are we going to know if they're the wrong size, if you never gave us the part number, or told us what or from where you ordered? You also might have them installed incorrectly.

i was looking for some 1 to talk from experience seeing how there seems to be only 3 different shoe sizes, and like stated above i bought the smallest 1 for a 92 civic part number 546 from o'reillys 70.9x1.18 . thats a possibilty i could have installed them incorrectly.

And do you have a CX, DX, EX? Post a pic of them installed. Do you still have the old shoes? Compare the new to the old. Did you compress the brake cylinders when replacing the shoes?

There's no reason they shouldn't fit.

You need to compress the cylinders. Brake install 101.

Sure there is. Just remove the brake fluid reservoir cap, then squeeze the slave piston together. If you have a hard time doing it that way, you can also open the bleeder screw, but if you do that, you absolutely must completely and totally bleed the system afterwards.
