I have all e/w they all work from their own switchs good to not slow for 98 but from the driver switches the passanger window will not go up from driver switchs will go down and the same with the window behind driver. I have tryed different switchs but did the same as mine which i knew the new ones worked any kne ever see this its a 98 sir t accord
Sounds like possibly an issue with the multiplex control units (mcu). There are separate driver's side mcu (attached to the driver side interior fuse/relay box and passenger side mcu (attached to the passenger side interior fuse/relay box.
On 1998-2002 North American Accords:
The signals to control the UP and DOWN functions for the front passenger window and rear window (behind front passenger) from the driver's master switch, has to go through the passenger side mcu. The signals to control the UP and DOWN functions for the rear window (behind driver) from the driver's master switch, has to go through the driver’s side mcu.
If your car’s circuitry is the similar to North American Accords:
• The signal to control UP possibly may not be sent from the passenger mcu, to the front passenger window switch.
• The signal to control UP possibly may not be sent from the driver’s mcu, to the rear window switch (behind driver).
I would focus on the passenger side mcu first, as the Accords for the European market, may have the passenger side mcu also controlling the rear window switch (behind driver).
