having a/c problems. a/c controller has no power. checked fuse under dash and under hood. all seems well. it worked a few months ago. shop manual doesnt say much?

I think it might be a signal that your battery or electric recharge is low. Maybe your alternator is dying. Take it to the local garage as soon as possible. Bump

 

i have no voltage to the climate control. not a charging or battery problem. no need for a mechanic, haven't used one of those since the late 1990's. in the a/c section of the helms it only tells you how to test a/c switch. that test given climate control works?

Define AC controller. AC button is just a switch. Blower speed is a selector switch. What are you having a problem with.

 

im getting no power at all. i know how to test the switch, but i cant get power at all no blowers, no lights, nothing

 

Which shop manual are you using? Find a helms (Google is very much your friend). Start from the fuse panel and using the links in RonJ's signature check the fuses both under the hood and in your fuse panel. Make sure there is power leaving the fuse. Then using the helms guide schematics test the harnesses where they connect to the blower and the climate control panel. Section 22 in the helms is extremely helpful if you have a factory climate control system.
