Default Question about valve seats and new valves

So I am rebuilding my GSR head and had a question about new valves and valve seats. I am going to have the seats recut with the stock 3 angle valve job. Since they will be recut, will the seats need removed and replaced or can the stock seats be cut again? And as far as valves, if the stock seats can be cut again, will I need oversized valves? I would ask my machinest but he is out of town for a bit and I want to have all my parts by the time he returns. Any help is appreciated!

P.s I googled it but can't find an answer.....I read you can lap the new valves but also read that lapping Honda valves is a big mistake and its best just to recut the seats (which I plan on doing).

You can recut the seats that are in there, no need for replacement (unless there is damage). You will be able to use your stock valves (unless they are damaged). The valves will also need to be reground to true up the face so they seal properly with the freshly cut seats.
