i have a 99 accord coupe ex model 2.3 4 cyl vtec

Car will start most of time when it does it idles at around 400 to 600 rpms...moment i touch gas i lose all power to the engine and it stalls

i have replaced plugs wires distributor, dist cap rotor fuel pump filter main relay with no avail, i do not know where to go next, people are telling me IACV others include MAP TPS

this has me and my father a honda mechanic of 19 years completely stumped
please help

 

Two bolts, IACV, disconnect it, and clean it out.

 

What lead up to this? Or did you just walk outside one day and try to start the car and the issue showed up?
