Icon2 Help..

I have a 99 JDM Honda ITR, has stage 2 cams and upgraded valves an springs.
Car had been working great then the other day I was out and it didn't seem to have the power it normally had. Cylinder 3 was not firing and header was not getting hot. I replaced my spark plugs, still not firing. Tried to replace my Coil Pack, come to find out the previous owner had never paid much attention to the distributor and the bolts holding the coil pack and rotor button were ceased on. Finally I got it all off an decided to buy brand new distributor. Got it all back together and Cylinder 3 header pipe seems to be getting warm but it is still sounds like it is misfiring.
Where should I be looking now?
Any help would be great, summer is almost over and I really want to get back out

btw, I also checked my fuel injectors an they seem to be ok, not clogged or anything.

Thank you in advance..

Dunno how you'd not be getting spark in one cylinder, but I guess it would be worth checking.

Would also check your compression in each cylinder, the tool is pretty cheap.
