89 hatch rear bumper on 90 hatch

like the titles says, got a 89 complete rear bumper, got a guy who needs one for a 90, will it fit right up if not, what modification needs to be made to the bumper or the car?

As long as it has the matching support beam it bolts right on. I have front and rear on my own car.
