Default PLEASE HELP! 99 Honda Civic DX D16Y7 NO START!

Well this is a really crappy spot to be in so let me get to explaining. A couple weeks ago I had to rush my dad to the hospital in my car, not paying attention to on-time shifting hit the limiter in 1st and second. a couple days later I noticed the car running unusually rough and idling unusually low. So i just took it easy on it and it started worsening. I went to stop by a friends house the other day and it was idling really rough. i shut it off, and started it back up. and it was idling even worse as if a cylinder was dead. So I proceeded to check the compression. Compression was as follows #1- 170PSI, #2 - 75PSI, #3 - 140PSI, #4 - 170PSI. after doing the compression testing and noticing the really low number on #2 and #3 and wanted to get the car home ASAP so I could further diagnose the low compression, which a master mechanic friend of mine said you may have skipped a couple teeth on the cam gear causing the valves to stay a touch open, and in worse case it skipped more than and it smacked the valves. but when I went to start the car it would not start, and found it had no spark, when just half hour or so earlier it had spark galore and would start up regardless of the low compression. And I have tried my spare rotor and cap, checking the main relay, fuses etc and all checked out. I really dont know what could have possibly happened when I did the compression test that could have caused any of this.

Any help is welcome, hopefully asap,

Thanks in advance Levi

First impressions reading through was head gasket but then you said the car wouldn't start at all which led me down the path of the possible skipped belt but then you said no spark so let's start there. Are you currently getting spark in the plugs? If not, start back at the dizzy. Are you getting power to the dizzy? If so, check the ignition coil and/or ICM http://s639.photobucket.com/user/Ron..._3684.jpg.html

Rule those suckers out and see where it'll go from there.
