I currently run a F22A1 VTEC motor in my accord with 5spd Tranny and Stage 2 Clutch. Would it be worth While to upgrade the engine to H22A4 or keep my current block and upgrade to H22a4 head?

I've seen several different questions and threads regarding this but I had some more specific questions that I feel would be easier answered in one place.
