Default Accord 99 V6 whining noise in engine

Hi, I just replaced the radiator in my accord 99 V6. I think I did re-connect the ATF lines in the correct order. In any case, the car ran fine for 2 days and now I have loud whining noise from the engine compartment, passenger side, when idling for long time, followed by light odourless smoke. I also noticed that the power steering reservoir was 'bubbling'. I have been losing some PS fluid for the past year or so and have been refilling it to the correct level each time, about once a week. All other fluid levels are OK. Any ideas?

Yeah. Happened on my Jeep Cherokee. The bearing in the PS pump went out and the fluid in the reservoir boiled, literally. I made it to a dealership at 4:30 and they didn't want to mess with it unless I came back the next day. So I added some fluid and drove on. Amazingly I made it home. The bearing was a mess but the seal held. Check that first.

Thanks Fitz! I assume that this would be similar problem whether it is a Jeep , like yours or my Honda? I will get the pump checked out.
