I have a 2005 Odyssey EXL that has a click from the drivers side when it hits a bump. I have inspected all of the suspension components. I have also tried to rock the vehicle to replicate the sound. I think the noise is coming from the top of the strut mount. On majestic honda I see a strut "bearing" and looking them up on ebay It looks like a generic rubber o ring.

Is that the noise i am hearing? Is it just an O ring or is it really ball bearings? And Do I need to compress the strut to change it?

You normally hear a clicking sound when turning the wheel from those bearings/top hats. And yes you have to compress the spring to replace it.
Have you check the front sway bar end links?
