hey guys i have reached a dilema with my car,i have saved up 3k and i want to spend it.... i have 120k on my engine and was wondering if i should go turbo or do a engine swap......i have 94ls with crower 404's, jg pro series head, jg intake manifold, erick tb, i,h,c,e., act clutch, toda flywheel, b16 tranny and suspension mods....what do think would be the best way to go ...i was thinking about just buying a b20 and using my current setup..and spraying on top of it...or should i just do some bottom end work and safe up for a turbo...

nice head work...spend about $2000 for the bottom end being built..and what you can do is run 125 shot of direct port nitrous...or you can save some more and get a turbo kit..but build your bottom end...

 

i agree. definitely rebuild the bottom end.

 

bah! get a turbo.... a new ls engine could be had for super cheap...

Have your bottom end rebuilt and resleeved I think you can go bigger than 2.0 if you do that...That's what I would do...

How do you like the 404 cams? I want to get some in the distant future...

Umm save up a lil more and get some Forced Induction.. Trust me.. I made the mistake of going N/A on my hybrid.. Now i wish i had saved up some more money and rebuilt the engine for turbo..
