This is the standard valve outlaw gsr cnc 4piston program. This includes the instructions welcome letter etc from Luke and the 4piston team. The headwork also includes a valve job. If you have more questions about how 4piston does this work I am happy to point you in the right direction. The cost to duplicate this is $1350 + the cost of a gsr head
