Default F22B new rings

Hi guys,
I have a 96 accord which has gathered a rather large, 345,000kms. It's burning minimal oil but still going strong.
Is it a good idea to put new rings in to gain back a few hp and stop the oil being burnt?
Thanks!

Do a compression check. If the compression is fine then the rings are most likely OK. Pull your spark plugs as well, if they have oil on them or the spark plug tubes have oil in them then the O-ring gaskets for the spark plug tubes are probably leaking. Replace them.
