Difference between TR0, TR3, and TR6 part codes?

Difference between TR0, TR3, and TR6 part codes?
Hi there!
My name is Ricky.
I'm helping a friend of mine find replacement seat covers for her 2012 Civic sedan. I got to this page:

But I can't tell if I need the seat cover with the TR0, TR3, or TR6 in the part number. There appears to be one set of three for each color choice, and they're different prices.
How can I tell which one I need?
