1990 honda accord ex 4door automatic f22a4 tps symptoms
i believe my tps is going bad what wire do i probe inside the cabin so i can hook up my multimeter wanna monitor it while im driving says red/black wire on every single diagram i find but when i probe it i get steady low voltage it doesn't vary when i open or close the throttle. the only red/black wire i found was the furthers plug on the right side top row that is if you were looking at the ecu connections directly in front of you
i know the correct wires for the tps its self. im getting intermittent tps code, thought it was wiring but doubt it, feels like a dead spot not all the times, bogging bucking backfire type **** all i have to do is go past that dead spot and it takes off, this dead spot doesn't always happen tho so i don't get it. i get reference 5 volts good ground at the plug and signal wire reads correct doing it by hand can't make the dead spot appear only happens mostly while driving as well. i just want to be able to back probe the ecu tps wire so i can monitor it from inside while im driving i want to see the dead spot before i go and replace with a new one.
says d11 which is the furthers plug to the right top row pin 11 plud "D" that is if its right on this link
