Hey i have a 90 honda civic hatchback. The inside of my car rattles alot. I heard that all hatches rattle. Is this true???? what can i do to stop it. It comes from my passanger side door. Thanx.

 

do you have an aftermarket exhaust?
if u do, it might not be properly in place. check that!
if not, check the exhaust heat shields under your car, it night also be that...

check for worn seals around the doors or hatch, my hatch seal was worn in my old accord and it caused it to rattle, make sure your car is running/idling smooth, check for any loose interior parts that are rattling and see what you can do, its pretty much just get in there and start messing around to see what you can do to stop the rattling.

 

when i push up against the door, the rattle stops for awhile. I think i have something loose. I'll try to figure it out.

 

i have the same problem, its the hinge near the seat belt (on the 90s). Been too lazy to fix it. Just tap that area, if it stops, need to add grease to that hinge.

 

my car ratles quiet a bit too, i cant pin point it sounds like teh whols rear hatch, the rubber **** looks a lil worn you guys think if i replace it itll help?
