Wipers won't turn off
I have a 97 Accord LX. I recently noticed once I turn the wipers on, they won't turn off when switched to off. They also had only 1 speed... Which was automatically on (not intermittent)
I changed to a different wiper switch entirely on the steering column. Now there is a low and high but no intermittent and also it still won't turn off. In order to turn it off I have to put the switch in the off position and shut the car off and back on.
Is there another solenoid or sensor somewhere under the dash??

Again, don't take this the wrong way but you are all over the place.
Lets think about this just for a minute. You have a wire issue in the drivers door area. You are blowing fuses and have a window issue - I'm just covering at a high level.
Now you have a wiper issue, that sounds more like a wire issue than the wiper motor - motor is good because it is running.
How about trying to solve the wire issue for the windows and see if that might lead to an answer as to the wiper issue.
