My Accord has developed an issue today where it started misfires at idle no matter the temperature of the engine. Once I give it gas it is perfectly smooth, no shutter. It is also idling too fast, 1400 rpm when warm. Any ideas on what might be causing this and how to fix it?

 

This all developed this morning when I quickly pulled away from a traffic light in order to pass some cars since my lane ahead was closing. When I got to the next light I noticed the misfire and high idle.

 

No CEL light? Check for codes anyway.

When was the last tune up (cap, rotor, plugs, test/replace wires)? When was the last TB cleaning done - being sure to get the edge and back side of the butterfly? While there, might as well clean the IACV too.
