battery and brake light are coming on

When the car is under 2k rpm the battery light and brake light like as if the e brake is on come on. And now my battery is dead. Bad alternator? Please help.. 01 prelude h22a 5sp.

Replace the alternator and have the battery tested. If the battery is good have them charge it.
