Whenever i turn the steering wheel while driving under 20 mph it crraks and sqeaks very loudly like a vibration of something rubbing together

My first thought when it started was power steering pump turn the car off and turn the wheel steel squeaking

Second i drained the powersteering fluid replaced it and added a little marvel mystery oil to it it stopped sqeaking for about 3 miles and its squeaking again

New ball joints car lowered on coilovers an anyone enlighten me on this subject?

 

new upper or lower balljoints? id check any pivoting points having to do with steering the car. check your tie rod ends, making sure that theres no dirt/crap where the joint comes in contact with the knuckle, and the boots are well in tact, and lubricated. try your best to isolate the noise

 

Ball joints are new tie rod ends are original oem i feel the vibration through the steering wheel which makes me believe the rack may be worn out

 

Have you ever played with your tie rods? There's a ball joint in there, perhaps its worn out?
