NEW OWNER.... 30 YEARS LATER !
My first car that I bought was a brand new 1984 Accord LX hatchback. Wonderful ride that I own until I traded it in for a Mazda pickup to haul my motocross bike.....
30 years later I just purchased a used 2003 Accord EX coupe for my 19yo daughter. $2500 ! 190,000 runs great, looks great. 3 minor problems.
1) AC compressor died two weeks ago. Looks like $200 for new compressor, probably $400 to change it out and other necessary AC system items.
2) Shift interlock problem. Will not shift without override engaged. Brake light work intermittently. Followed her in town for about 20 minutes. Brake lights worked 10% of the time.
3) Keyless entry key Fob... barely holding together. She has a valet key though.
Looking forward to another 10 years !
