mine does that too its going out. ive cleaned shift/lockup solenoids cleaned sensors changing the tranny oil actually made it a tad worse but also 3rd to 4th it shakes and im afraid the clutch packs will shatter inside the transmission as im driving when it shifts from 3rd to 4th. the clutch shatter started after the transmission fluid change as well. it was dark red!!! but didn't smelt burnt which was kinda funny because i knew my transmission was slipping should of smelled burnt

Could be a defect in Shift solenoid C. Test it.
Could be the 2nd gear pressure switch is failing. If it does not activate properly the command for 2nd gear will be delayed.
If the fluid has never been changed or the car is rarely driven(low mileage for age) it could be the accumulator valves/check *****/regulator valve is getting hung up. Drain and refill case with fresh ATF and a solvent for cleaning hydraulics like Trans Tune. If there is varnish buildup the valves may stick.

Best would be bring it to a trusted transmission specialist in your area who can diagnose by looking at the various pressure outputs.
