Default Accord 2001 - Transmission Slipping

I have problem with Honda accord 2001 , 4 Cyl. 2.3 eng. transmission, after get heat (30- 40 Min Driving) start the delay of slipping between 2nd and 3rd, after that the 4th not coming at all, then its not back to 1st.
I change the transmission oil with original oil 3.5 liter but still the same problem
Pleas advice me

is the D4 light flashing? cant do much with auto trans except replace with new/used one. i f changed the fluid i would start learning how to remove the trans or saving to have a shop do it

its really easy to remove a trans: disconnect the driveshaft, and flywheel, mounts and a few more bolts, then drop it down. install is reverse of removal.

hayes manual FSM even a member here has instructions in his signature at the bottom of every post
