Icon6 Signal lights stop working

I have a 1994 Honda Accord EX Sedan and I've noticed when I replaced the side running light when I went to drive my signal light and indicator on the dash stopped working. I've figured out that if I press the emergency flash button that seems to reset it some how and signal lights begin to work again. Does anyone know if this is just a quirky thing that Hondas do or might there be an electrical issue?

I have been able to make it happen on couple other times by either replacing bulbs or when I put in new taillight lenses.

Holmes may have an answer on this. Without the hazard switch plugged in you will not see turn signals on the dash or out on the car. Might be the source of an issue but unlikely due to the work you have done. Most likley an issue near the source of your work

Well it seems the problem has gotten worse and I haven't been able to narrow it down just yet... I have a Om meter and I've tested a few things in the dash..I think ill have to invest in a Fox and Hound..sigh! It is either a loose Connection or maybe even a cold solder joint.. But defiantly a electrical issue...
