Default Side blinkers not working, but bumper do work.

I changed out the switch on the column with two other switches then swapped out two different blinker relays. I put a voltmeter to the sockets and on the socket that works, on the bumper, it reads 3 point something volts. The side blinker has .4 volts. The bulbs are good.

Any suggestions?

corroded wiring most likely. 3.xx to 0.4 is signficant. download a Factory Service Manual or hayes and learn to read wiring diagrams. or just pay someone to repair the wiring

I did a continuity test on the green and white wire just to see if there was a connection with the wire. I also got another Integrated Control Unit (ICU) to exchange. The voltmeter said there was continuity and the ICU didn't change anything. Took a screenshot of what I'm using
