i'm about to drive down to where i usually get my engine mods done and just wondering what it usually costs to change the clutch and flywheel. i'm providing them the parts and wondering if its going to be that expensive. hope it's not too steep.

 

It cost me $400 for parts and labor to get mine done on my CRX and I think I got a pretty smokin' deal. I mean, if you can do it yourself you save that much more money obviously... I think about the standard is $400-$600 with parts?

 

Labor alone should not be more then 300. parts what ever you want...

 

yea...i picked up the parts for pretty cheap. just wondering what labor would be. so say about $100+ for labor?

heheh its ok. i just like my work done by professionals. no offense. last time we tried doing somethign bolts snapped and that was a huge headach. don't want to go through that again

I could do it in under 2 hours... close to 1.5 hours.

 

Some guys on here could do your tranny/engine/clutch/whatever work cheapter, faster and with more beers consumed. Respect H-T!!

 

I can do it in under an hour but you have to fly me in to do the work.
