Im Back! Just bought a 2006 Accord V6 6MT SEDAN!
The torque converter in my 98 V6 AT sedan died saturday. I have been searching for this dream car for months now and found one in Jax for an absurd low price of $6,500. Cant wait to introduce my new wife to automotive meets.

ouch. Car had a broken flywheel and clutch, needs all 4 brakes and rotors, intake hose was rotted and electrical taped, tape was blocking half the throttle body, air filter was filthy, cabin air filter was OEM, needs drivers airbag seat sensor and interior door handle, trunk springs, Oxygen sensors, may have a coolant leak, dome lights dont work, headliner sagging in back....but holy **** this car is fast.
Honda mechanic said after I replace the brakes, door handle and springs and sensors the car is otherwise brand new.

Thanks. Ive been here since I had my 95 Prelude VTEC, but My username was now ex "wifesvtec". I was a member of Supraforums while driving my 87T. Currently an engineer for Hilton Hotels. Glad to be able to provide intelligent help alongside thick sarcasm.
VERY glad I got the manual trans, my 98 Accord was my first AT and I HATED it.
