I'm fairly new to this site and am looking for help finding good write up on ek ls vtec swap such as parts list and such I appreciate anyone's help!!! Thanks

The head I have is a 99 b16a2 this is a project build for boost. I'm just wondering should i go b20 vtec or ls-v this is my track toy looking to make about 5-550 when she's done.
