the Si engine harness has 3 connectors at the passenger side firewall connection - the DX harness has only 2 connectors
the Si harness has a round 8 wire connector (88 CRX Si has rectangular 6-wire) at the driver's side firewall connection - the DX harness has a round 14-wire connector
the Si harness has a round 7-wire connector at the distributor - the DX harness has a rectangular 5-wire connector
the Si harness has a rectangular green connector for the injector resistor box - the DX doesn't have this connector
the Si harness has 4 fuel injector connectors - the DX has 2 injector connectors

Source an appropriate harness. Should be able to sell the A6 engine harness.
The A6 harness will work on the Z6, just not in the DX chassis. You need a DX harness.
Also, how do you know it is the A6 harness? MPFI? Assumed?
How do you know it's a built D16Z6?
