Default EF steering problems

Okay i have a 1991 Civic HB b18b1 swapped. It has a slight jerk to the right when ever u hit a bump. In the rain it has a free floating feeling like you cant steer. I am thinking i need ball joints and an allignment wouldnt hurt. Any suggestions?

replace your balljoints. probably all of them are bad, but its not hard to check. just shake the tie rods or knuckle to feel the play.

also replace your rack end bushing. if youve never done this before, you almost certainly require it. its a $10 dealer item.

THEN get an alignment.
